Hi There!

My name is Elizabeth Payne and I am a wife, mom, and current Floridian working toward licensure as a professional counselor. It’s taken a lot of brainstorming to land here, uniting my love for Jesus, mental health, and supporting and encouraging others through writing. I’m excited to delve into some pertinent topics relating to relationships, parenthood, faith, and overall health and wellbeing.
